Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
 

Reservations: All bookings must be made through official ZayVoyage channels, including our website, email, or authorized agents.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Refundable minus the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refunds.
ZayVoyage-Initiated Changes: If we must cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will not receive a refund but a credit toward future travel.

 

3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. ZayVoyage is not liable for any loss or damage not covered by insurance.

 

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations, for their destination(s). ZayVoyage provides guidance but is not liable for denied entry.

 

5. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the environment during their travels. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in termination of the trip without a refund.

 

6. Liability
ZayVoyage acts as an intermediary for accommodations, transportation, and activity providers. While we prioritize safety and quality, we are not liable for issues beyond our control, including delays, accidents, or loss of property.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Client information is collected for booking purposes and treated with strict confidentiality. ZayVoyage will never share your personal data without consent.

 

8. Photography and Videography

Consent for Photography and Videography: By booking a tour or participating in any event organized by ZayVoyage, you acknowledge and consent that photographs, videos, and other media may be taken of you during the trip or event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes on the ZayVoyage website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

 

Rights to Media: You grant ZayVoyage the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your image, voice, or likeness in any photographs or videos taken during your participation in tours, events, or activities organized by ZayVoyage. This includes but is not limited to content on the website, promotional materials, and social media platforms.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped during any event or activity, please inform the tour guide or ZayVoyage representative before the event starts. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but please note that some public settings may still result in incidental photography or filming.

 

Third-Party Media: ZayVoyage may also work with third-party photographers or videographers to capture content during the trip or event. These third parties may use media for their own purposes, and ZayVoyage is not responsible for any media distributed by third parties.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and other intellectual property displayed on the ZayVoyage website are the property of ZayVoyage or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission from ZayVoyage.

10. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

ZayVoyage reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ghana.

In case of any disputes, you agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation or mediation before seeking legal action.
